Kulendi@Law was incorporated in July 2002 to provide legal services particularly in commercial and litigation practice. The firm since its inception has carved a niche for itself in respect of being a leader in commercial litigation in Ghana.

The firm has considerable capabilities in banking and finance, leasing, property (real and intellectual), securities, corporate, communication, media, telecommunication, oil & gas, criminal law, natural resources, personal work, governance, financial services, and not-for-profit organizations.

Kulendi@Law was founded by Emmanuel Yonny Kulendi JSC, who was the Managing Partner of the firm until his elevation to the Supreme Court of Ghana in May 2020.
