Abena Agyeiwaa Asare

Abena Agyeiwaa Asare is a Legal Associate at B & P Associates, specializing in corporate and commercial law, regulatory compliance, labour, family, energy and natural resources, data protection, insolvency, and dispute resolution. She holds an LL.B from KNUST, a GDL and LPC-MSc from the University of Law (Birmingham), and a QCL from Ghana School of Law. She is a member of the Ghana Bar Association, a qualified mediator, and an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
