Frank Atese Kwabena Amuh

Frank Atese Kwabena Amuh is a Partner and Co-Founder at OAKS Legal, specialising in real estate law, property transactions, and land dispute resolution. He has facilitated numerous property acquisitions for a diverse clientele, demonstrating strong leadership and negotiation skills in Land, Property and Real Estate practice in Ghana while working with private clients and multinational organisations to close several land acquisition transactions.

Frank has led the Land, Property and Real Estate practice group to conduct meticulous due diligence investigations, providing comprehensive analysis and assessments to clients before property and land acquisitions. He has drafted precise and tailored legal documents covering land, property, and real estate transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and has successfully led dispute settlements related to land and property matters, employing effective negotiation techniques and litigation strategies when necessary, both within court proceedings and through alternative dispute resolution methods.

Frank holds a BA in Political Science from the University of Ghana and an LL.B from Mountcrest University College. He is a barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Ghana and a member of the Ghana Bar Association. In 2022, he completed a course in computer programming and was awarded a Python for Beginners certificate, and in 2023, he completed a course in Data Analytics.
