Lily Oblie

Lily Oblie is an Associate at OAKS Legal, specialising in technology law, corporate and commercial law, and the intersection of data protection, intellectual property, AI governance, and cybersecurity. She brings a strategic approach and meticulous attention to detail to complex legal matters, advising clients on legal compliance, regulatory and licensing matters, due diligence for diverse businesses, natural resource rights acquisition, and intellectual property audits.

Lily has pursued practical experiences to complement her legal qualifications, including the Clifford Chance Virtual Internship programme and the Tech4Dev Women Techsters Cybersecurity bootcamp. She holds a certificate in Intellectual Property from the World Intellectual Property Organisation, which has broadened her perspective on international legal practice.

Lily holds an LL.B from the University of Ghana, where she served as co‑head of the Counselling team. She is committed to staying at the forefront of legal developments, continuously expanding her knowledge and expertise in emerging areas of law to provide innovative solutions to clients while ensuring compliance with evolving legal frameworks. She is a member of the Ghana Bar Association.
