Nuhela Seidu, Esq. is the Managing Partner at Sory & Partners @ Law, specialising in intellectual property law, cross‑border transactions, and multi‑jurisdictional dispute resolution. She advises clients on intellectual property protection, cross‑border commercial transactions, and complex disputes, with additional expertise in immigration, contract, and property law.

She has built a practice at the intersection of law and commerce, providing strategic legal counsel to clients across multiple legal disciplines. Her international formation includes a Master of Laws from the University of California, Berkeley, and she is a recognised leader, having been named an "Inspiring Female Youth" by the National Youth Authority (Upper West Region) in 2017. She serves on the boards of several companies and is an alumna of the US Department of State's Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI). She holds a Certificate in Arbitration from the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK) and an Arbitration Practitioner Certificate from the Swiss Arbitration Academy.

She holds an LL.M from the University of California, Berkeley, a Master's in Marketing Strategy, an LL.B from the University of Ghana, Legon, and a Qualifying Certificate in Law from the Ghana School of Law.
