Patricia Jane Mumuni

Patricia Jane Mumuni is an Executive at ENS in Ghana, specialising in mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance, capital markets, and corporate governance. She advises clients across a broad spectrum of corporate and commercial law matters, including corporate insolvency, healthcare and pharmaceuticals, insurance, anti-bribery compliance, data privacy and data protection, media, technology, telecommunications, copyright and trademarks, and employment and labour law.

Patricia has deep experience in both transactional and advisory work, guiding clients through complex M&A transactions, capital markets offerings, and regulatory compliance matters. Patricia holds a BA and LL.B from the University of Ghana, a Professional Certificate in Law (QCL) from the Ghana School of Law, and an LL.M in Information Technology Law from the University of Ghana. She is a barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Ghana.
