Patricia Mensah

Patricia Mensah is a Senior Associate at Dotse @ Law, specialising in construction law, banking and finance, real estate, and dispute resolution. She has keen interest and expertise in trade and investment law, construction and real estate, as well as civil and criminal litigation.

Prior to joining the legal fraternity, Patricia worked as a professional in the areas of real estate and construction, marketing, and relationship management. She brings significant industry experience to her legal practice, having served as Managing Director of a reputable player in the construction space in Ghana for eight years. She has applied this practical knowledge to advise clients on complex construction and real estate transactions, as well as regulatory compliance and dispute resolution matters.

Patricia holds a BA in Sociology and Social Work from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, an MBA in Marketing from the University of Ghana, an LL.B from GIMPA, a Certificate in Public Administration from GIMPA, and a BL from the Ghana School of Law. She is an active member of the Ghana Bar Association.
