Paulina Akosua Danso

Paulina Akosua Danso is a Managing Associate at Ntrakwah & Co., specialising in corporate and commercial law. She advises domestic and multinational clients on a wide range of legal issues, with particular expertise in corporate and commercial law, arbitration, constitutional law, intellectual property, labour law, and oil and gas law. She is a key member of the firm's Litigation and Arbitration Team and the Oil and Gas Team, representing clients before the various courts of Ghana.

She also serves as Company Secretary for a number of companies in Ghana, advising on compliance with the Companies Act, company registration, organising board and shareholders' meetings, and maintaining statutory records with the Registrar General and tax authorities. Her practice blends advisory, transactional, and dispute resolution work across multiple sectors, delivering practical legal solutions to clients.

Paulina holds an LL.B from the University of London and a Qualifying Certificate of Law from the Ghana School of Law. She is a member of the Ghana Bar Association and the Corporate Law Institute.
