Samuel Kwame Ofosu, Esq.

Samuel Kwame Ofosu is a legal practitioner with expertise in employment law, corporate and commercial law, land litigation, criminal defence, and debt recovery. He advises clients on employment contracts, HR policies, disciplinary and grievance processes, and represents clients before the National Labour Commission. He also advises on company incorporation, commercial agreements, and debt recovery matters.

He has a strong track record in employment law, providing practical and commercially grounded advice to clients across various industries, and has experience in land litigation and criminal defence matters.

He holds an LL.B from the University of Ghana, Legon and a Qualifying Certificate in Law from the Ghana School of Law. He is a member of the Ghana Bar Association.
