Alexa Fleischer

Alexa Fleischer is a Consultant at Reindorf Chambers, specialising in mining law, corporate and commercial law, and dispute resolution. She advises clients on share sale and purchase transactions, recapitalisation of companies, loan agreements, and the creation and enforcement of securities, and has conducted due diligence for foreign companies seeking to invest in Ghanaian entities, including environmental due diligence for mining company operations.

Alexa has drafted mining legislation and model mining agreements, and has experience in capital market borrowings, having participated in projects involving the issue of notes subscribed to by international banks on behalf of a multilateral development bank. She has represented clients before the superior courts of Ghana, participated in international commercial arbitration on behalf of the Government of Ghana before the Permanent Court of Arbitration, and represented a multilateral development finance institution in proceedings before its administrative tribunal. Her clients include mining companies, power producing and supply companies, banks, and manufacturing companies.
