Kodjo Baidoo

Kodjo Baidoo is a Consultant at Dotse @ Law, specialising in mining law, regulatory compliance, funds mobilisation, and corporate advisory. He has over two decades of experience consulting for various companies in the areas of mining, funds mobilisation, and law.

Kodjo previously set up and successfully ran a mining support service company providing turnkey services in concession acquisition, advisory on statutory compliance, obtaining regulatory permits, and mining operations and logistics strategies. He has served as Executive Director for various Ghanaian and multinational private limited liability companies and is attached to an immigration specialist law firm in the UK. He has been a speaker at a number of international conferences.

Kodjo holds an LL.M from the University of the West of England, Bristol, an LL.B from Queen Mary University of London, and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Cape Coast, Ghana. He is currently preparing for Doctor of Juridical Science (JSD/PhD) candidature.
