Bernice Mortey

Bernice Mortey is an Associate at ENS in Ghana, specialising in corporate and commercial dispute resolution. She advises clients on employment and labour matters, breach of contracts, contract negotiations, and debt recovery, and has experience in land title registration disputes.

She represents clients across a range of industries, including minerals and mining, construction, and oil and gas. Her practice spans litigation, alternative dispute resolution, and contract drafting, providing strategic legal counsel on complex commercial disputes.
