Naa-Amakuma Barnor

Naa-Amakuma Barnor is a Senior Associate at ENS in Ghana, specialising in dispute resolution, employment law, construction law, and corporate insolvency and restructuring. She advises clients on commercial litigation and arbitration, debt recovery, and employment-related disputes, and has acted for clients across banking and finance, oil and gas, food processing, agriculture, mining, insurance, telecommunications, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, and energy production sectors.

Naa-Amakuma holds an LL.B in Law with Criminology from Keele University, an LL.M from SOAS, University of London, a Post Graduate Diploma from the English & Welsh Bar, a Professional Training Course (BPTC) from City University London, and a Post Graduate Diploma from the Ghana School of Law. She is a barrister of the Supreme Court of England and Wales (non-practising roll) and a barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Ghana.

She is a member of the Honourable Society of Inner Temple, the International Bar Association, and the World Law Group, and is recognised as a Leading Partner in Dispute Resolution by The Legal 500 EMEA 2026.
