Doe Tsikata

Doe Tsikata is a Partner at Reindorf Chambers, with over 34 years of experience specialising in commercial dispute resolution, employment law, and real estate law. She represents clients before all the superior courts of Ghana, as well as the National Labour Commission, and has advised on a wide range of employment law issues including redundancies, terminations, employee benefits, and collective bargaining negotiations with labour unions.

She has advised clients in the real estate sector on construction contracts, and clients in the hospitality industry on management and marketing agreements with international hotel groups. Her clients include major multinational mining companies, banks, insurance companies, and hotel companies. She has co‑authored the International Council for Commercial Arbitration Handbook Country Report for Ghana (2018) and contributed to Chambers and Partners' Anti‑corruption Global Practice Guide (2017).
