Joseph Konadu

Joseph Konadu is an Executive at ENS in Ghana, specialising in dispute resolution, commercial litigation, and employment and labour law. He advises clients on corporate and commercial litigation with emphasis on labour and industrial relations, debt recovery, product and manufacturer's liability, real estate and construction, and intellectual property disputes.

Joseph has acted for local and international clients across a variety of industries, including automobiles, food and beverage, financial institutions, broadcasting and media, and pharmaceuticals. His experience includes advising on litigious matters, mediation and arbitration, as well as on facility agreements and the financing of major energy projects.

Joseph holds an LL.B from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and a Professional Certificate in Law from the Ghana School of Law. He is a barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Ghana.
