David A Asiedu

David A. Asiedu is an Executive at ENS in Ghana, specialising in dispute resolution, commercial arbitration, and commercial litigation. He advises clients across a variety of industries, including fast-moving consumer goods, media and telecommunications, energy, construction, and publishing.

David has acted in commercial litigation, particularly relating to employment, general contracts, distributorship agreements, passing off, and construction, as well as arbitration in relation to performance guarantees. He also has experience in telecommunications, media, and technology law, providing strategic advice to clients across both contentious and non-contentious matters.

David holds a BA (Law with Political Science) from the University of Ghana and a Professional Certificate in Law from the Ghana School of Law. He is a barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Ghana and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
