Ekua Ortsin

Ekua Ortsin is an Associate at ENS in Ghana, specialising in commercial dispute resolution. She advises clients on employment and labour relations, contract disputes, commercial debt recovery, intellectual property, and alternative dispute resolution (ADR), representing clients across oil and gas, mining, construction, shipping, media, food processing, finance, and telecommunications sectors.

She has experience in domestic and international arbitral proceedings, as well as litigation and ADR in complex commercial disputes. Her practice covers breaches of contract, debt recovery, and employment-related disputes, providing strategic legal counsel across multiple industry sectors.

She holds a BA and LL.B from the University of Ghana, a Professional Certificate in Law from the Ghana School of Law, and is a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Ghana. She is a member of the Ghana Bar Association.
