Jennifer Tweneboah-Koduah

Jennifer Tweneboah-Koduah is a Senior Associate at ENS in Ghana, specialising in dispute resolution, commercial arbitration, and tax law. She advises on and represents clients in domestic and international arbitration proceedings, breach of contract disputes, labour and industrial relations, product and manufacturer's liability, intellectual property disputes, and general debt recoveries.

Jennifer has advised clients across the energy, mining, construction, telecommunications, automobile, and fast-moving consumer goods sectors, bringing a practical and client-focused approach to complex commercial disputes and tax-related matters.

She holds a Barrister at Law qualification from the Ghana School of Law, an LL.B from the University of Ghana, and a BA in Political Studies from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology.

Jennifer is ranked as a leading lawyer in Dispute Resolution by The Legal 500 EMEA (2024, 2025, 2026). She is a member of the Young International Arbitration Group (YIAG) of the London Court of International Arbitration, the Institute for Transnational Arbitration (ITA), and the World Law Group.
