Keren Naa Ayikaakor Lamptey

Keren Naa Ayikaakor Lamptey is a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Ghana and The Gambia. She is a member of the firm’s Litigation Team, specialising in dispute resolution, corporate and commercial law, intellectual property, family law, and company secretarial practice. She represents clients before the courts of Ghana and advises on a wide range of legal and regulatory matters.

She also undertakes company secretarial work, advising companies on compliance with the Companies Act, assisting with company registration, organising and attending board and shareholders’ meetings, and ensuring proper maintenance of statutory records. Her practice blends strong communication skills with legal insight, enabling her to effectively support clients across both contentious and non‑contentious matters.

Keren holds an LL.B from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration, a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from the Ghana Institute of Journalism, and completed the BPTC at Gambia Law School and the Post‑Call programme at the Ghana School of Law. She is a member of the Ghana Bar Association.
