Abu Juan Jagiara, Esq.

Abu Juan Jagiara, Esq. is a Partner with a litigation practice spanning criminal law, property law, commercial and corporate law, and family law. He brings broad courtroom experience and a measured, results‑driven approach to advocacy, representing clients in land and real estate matters, boundary and title disputes, divorce and family proceedings, and complex commercial disputes.

He advises clients on the resolution of disputes across multiple practice areas, from acquisition of land and resolution of boundary and title disputes to divorce and family proceedings, as well as commercial and corporate disputes. He also has experience in arbitration. He lectures in Advocacy and Ethics at the Ghana School of Law.

He holds an LL.B from the University of Ghana, Legon, a B.A. in Banking & Finance from the University of Ghana Business School, a Qualifying Certificate in Law from the Ghana School of Law, and has completed Arbitration Training at the Ghana Arbitration Centre. He is a member of the Ghana Bar Association.
