Doreen Naadu Aryeetey

Doreen Naadu Aryeetey is an Associate in the firm's Corporate and Commercial team, specialising in corporate and commercial law, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and transactional advisory. She advises local and international clients on a broad range of matters, including joint ventures, fintech governance, construction and infrastructure contracts, company incorporations, and due diligence.

She has been actively involved in negotiating and drafting joint venture agreements, advising fintech companies on corporate governance frameworks, preparing contracts relating to construction and infrastructure projects, and assisting with legal and regulatory compliance. Her practice supports businesses at various stages of their operations, helping clients establish and operate efficiently within Ghana's evolving regulatory environment.

Doreen holds an LL.B (Hons) from the University of Birmingham (UK), a Post Graduate Diploma in Bar Practice from the University of Law, Birmingham (UK), and completed the Post‑Call programme at the Ghana School of Law. She holds a Certificate in Arbitration from the Africa Arbitration Academy. She is a member of the Bar of England and Wales (The Honourable Society of Lincoln's Inn) and the Ghana Bar Association.
