Lesley-Anne Owusu

Lesley-Anne Owusu is a Senior Associate at ENS in Ghana, specialising in corporate law, capital markets, employment law, and corporate governance. She advises on listings on the Ghana Stock Exchange, employee share option plans, and regulatory matters, with a particular focus on helping clients navigate complex corporate and compliance issues.

Lesley-Anne is also experienced in M&A transactions and has advised clients across the telecommunications, financial technology, and health sectors. Her practice combines transactional expertise with ongoing corporate advisory and governance support for clients operating in regulated industries.

Lesley-Anne holds an LL.B from the University of Warwick, an LL.M and a Legal Practice Course from City University of London, and a Professional Certificate in Law from the Ghana School of Law.
