Governor Ahene-Amanquanor

Governor Ahene-Amanquanor is an Associate at Dotse @ Law, specialising in legal advisory, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution. He advises clients on a range of corporate and commercial matters, including tax, trade and investment law, banking and finance, as well as civil and criminal litigation.

Prior to joining Dotse @ Law, Governor trained at Yartey and Associates during his pupillage. He also serves as Legal Officer and Programme/Secretarial Assistant for the Development Agenda and Productivity Institute, Accra (DAAPI), a labour productivity and human-centered management social enterprise. He provides legal research for various consultancies, advising on legal stances related to stakeholder organizations and the application of global, continental, and national legal frameworks.

Governor holds an LL.B from the University of Professional Studies, Accra, and a BL from the Ghana School of Law. He is a member of the Ghana Bar Association and contributes to charitable initiatives, serving as Head of Legal Affairs for the 2014 Year Group of University Basic School, Legon, and as an advisor to the Genius Girls Empowering Movement (GGEM).
