David Adu-Tutu Jr

David Adu-Tutu Jr is a Partner at ENS in Ghana, specialising in dispute resolution, commercial arbitration, and corporate litigation. He advises clients on high‑net‑worth, complex corporate and commercial dispute resolution, international and domestic arbitration, corporate insolvency and restructuring, shipping and maritime law, and anti‑bribery and corruption investigations.

David has acted for clients across the food and beverage, broadcasting, mining equipment, and development finance sectors, advising on arbitration proceedings, breach of contract claims, and land title disputes. His practice encompasses both contentious matters and high‑stakes negotiated settlements, serving a diverse range of corporate and commercial clients.

David holds an LL.B from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and a Professional Certificate in Law from the Ghana School of Law. He is a barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Ghana. He was a Guest Lecturer at the University of Ghana (2023, 2024) for the LL.M/MA Corporate & Commercial Law programme, teaching Litigation in Dispute Resolution and Commercial Negotiation & Mediation.
