Irene Ntarmah-Wilson

Irene Ntarmah-Wilson is a Partner at Globetrotters Legal Africa, specialising in corporate immigration law, employment law, and regulatory compliance. She advises global clients across a number of industries, including the petroleum industry, on Ghanaian immigration, employment, and compliance matters, and has extensive experience liaising with regulatory bodies in Ghana.

She provides strategic legal guidance on corporate immigration, employment law, and regulatory compliance, as well as general corporate law, helping multinational clients navigate Ghana's legal and regulatory landscape. Her practice spans both advisory and compliance work, delivering practical legal solutions to clients across various sectors.

Irene holds an LL.B. from the University of Ghana, a Qualifying Certificate in Law from the Ghana School of Law, and an MSc from the University of Bedfordshire, England. She is admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Ghana (2007) and as a Solicitor of England and Wales (2013). She is a member of the International Bar Association (IBA).
