Paa Kwesi Hagan

Paa Kwesi Hagan is the Managing Partner at Globetrotters Legal Africa, specialising in immigration law, compliance, and regulatory matters. He advises high‑net‑worth companies and multinationals on Ghanaian immigration and compliance issues, and has extensive experience liaising with regulatory bodies in Ghana.

He is a member of the Ghana Bar Association and is admitted as a barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Ghana. He is also a member of the International Bar Association (IBA), WorldwideERC, and an International Associate of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). He has contributed articles on business immigration in Ghana to various journals, including the 2014‑2019 editions of The Corporate Immigration Review published by Law Business Research (UK), and has authored the Corporate Immigration Manual for Ghana. He regularly speaks at international forums on corporate immigration in Ghana.

He holds an LL.B. from the University of Ghana, Legon (2005).
