Jessica Elorm Ashiettey

Jessica Elorm Ashiettey is a Pupil-Lawyer at OAKS Legal, specialising in Corporate Law. Her practice also covers Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and Environmental Law, and she remains open to developing her expertise across other areas of legal practice.

She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from the University of Ghana, Legon, and a Qualifying Certificate in Law from the Ghana School of Law. She is a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Ghana and a member of the Ghana Bar Association. Her professional journey includes internships with the Lands Commission and the High Court, Accra, where she gained practical experience in litigation and land acquisition, honing her analytical skills and deepening her appreciation for the practical application of legal principles.
