Lilian Geraldo is the Managing Partner and a founding partner of Liando Africa Legal Consult PRUC, specialising in corporate governance, energy and infrastructure development, and corporate law. She brings deep legal insight combined with practical, client‑centred solutions across diverse sectors, including energy, infrastructure, and corporate governance.

She serves as Legal Counsel for multinational corporations and holds key governance roles as Board Secretary for the African Centre for Development Research, and Company Secretary & Small Business Development Manager for the USAID FinGap and TradeHub Programs. Her practice spans corporate advisory, regulatory compliance, and strategic legal counsel for businesses operating across Africa.
