Lilian Kodjoe

Lilian Kodjoe is an Associate at n.dowuona & company, specialising in corporate governance, corporate and commercial law, labour and employment, intellectual property, and dispute resolution. She advises clients on corporate governance compliance, employee termination and redundancy, copyright law, and commercial litigation and arbitration.

She has recently advised a multinational company on employee termination and redundancy, an international company on Ghana's copyright laws, and an AgTech company on corporate governance compliance. She routinely assists with commercial litigation and arbitration services across a range of sectors.

Lilian holds a B.A. in Philosophy and Political Science and an LL.B from the University of Ghana, Legon, as well as a professional certificate from the Ghana School of Law. She is admitted to practice law in Ghana and is a member of the Ghana Bar Association.
