Moses Ayiku

Moses Ayiku is an Associate at ENS in Ghana, specialising in fintech law, corporate and commercial law, energy law, and land law. He advises on general corporate commercial matters, corporate governance and regulatory matters, employment and labour matters, and land matters.

Moses is experienced in conducting legal due diligences, drafting corporate agreements and general land agreements, and has advised clients in the energy, fintech, mining, and communication sectors. He is a member of the Ghana Bar Association.

Moses holds a BA and LL.B from the University of Ghana, as well as a Professional Certificate of Law from the Ghana School of Law. He is a barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Ghana.

He is recognised as a Key Lawyer in Commercial, Corporate and M&A by The Legal 500 EMEA 2026.
