Nana Boakye Mensah-Bonsu, Esq. MCIArb is a Senior Associate with expertise in commercial and corporate law, with a particular focus on international arbitration, commercial litigation, and oil and gas disputes. He has extensive experience representing clients in court proceedings and arbitration, and has advised on corporate restructuring, redundancy processes, and a wide range of commercial transactions.

He has a strong track record in international arbitration, having represented oil and gas companies in Ghana. He served as a Legal Research Team Member on the African Development Bank's AMLA project. He is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (London) (MCIArb) and is skilled in delivering practical, commercially sound legal solutions across multiple sectors.

He holds an LL.B from the University of Ghana, Legon and a Qualifying Certificate in Law from the Ghana School of Law.
