Abena Ntrakwah-Mensah is the Managing Partner at Ntrakwah & Co., heading both the Corporate & Commercial and Intellectual Property departments. She specialises in corporate and commercial law, banking and finance, intellectual property, regulatory compliance, and transactional advisory, advising multinational corporations, financial institutions, and development organisations on complex cross‑border transactions, investment structuring, and regulatory frameworks.

She has extensive experience in due diligence, negotiations, regulatory compliance, and strategic business advisory, guiding high‑profile corporate transactions and helping businesses navigate Ghana's evolving commercial and financial landscape. She also oversees Corporate Profile Limited and the Corporate Law Institute, subsidiaries of the firm dedicated to advancing corporate governance and legal education. She is deeply committed to mentorship and advocacy, championing the growth of women lawyers and female entrepreneurs.

Abena holds an LL.B (Hons) from Birmingham City University, England, a Post Graduate Diploma in Law from City University, London (Inns of Court School of Law), and completed the Post‑Call programme at the Ghana School of Law. She is a member of the Ghana Bar Association, the Bar of England and Wales (Lincoln's Inn), the International Bar Association, the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK), and the Corporate Law Institute.
