Achiaa Akobour Debrah

Achiaa Akobour Debrah is a Partner at N. Dowuona & Company, specialising in mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance, and infrastructure projects. She advises on corporate, commercial, and M&A transactions, with particular expertise in project financing and energy and infrastructure developments.

Achiaa has advised a leading telecom infrastructure company on a USD 200 million term facility from a syndicate of bank lenders, advised the developer of a 5-star luxury hotel on the refinancing of its existing debt, and provided advice on the development and financing of a multi-purpose integrated container terminal at the Port of Takoradi in Ghana. Her practice spans project finance, corporate restructuring, and energy and infrastructure matters.
