Nana Yaa Ahmed

Nana Yaa Ahmed is a Partner at ENS in Ghana, specialising in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, capital markets, and corporate governance. She advises local and international clients across a variety of industries, including finance and fintech, petroleum and energy, telecommunications, media and technology, insurance, healthcare, manufacturing, and food and beverages.

Nana Yaa's experience includes advising on major merger and acquisition transactions, private equity investments, corporate restructuring, equity capital markets, employment, insolvency, and regulatory matters. Her practice spans both transactional and advisory work, with a focus on complex cross-border and domestic corporate transactions.

Nana Yaa holds an LL.B from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and a Professional Certificate in Law from the Ghana School of Law. She is a barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Ghana.
