Kwabena Asiamah

Kwabena Asiamah is an Associate at ENS in Ghana, specialising in Energy Law. He advises clients on corporate finance, project finance, tax, mining, petroleum and infrastructure projects, and has experience advising on objections to tax decisions, financing of mining and energy projects, and regulatory compliance across the energy and natural resources sectors.

He has advised clients on matters relating to tax disputes, project financing for mining and energy infrastructure, and regulatory guidance, and has drafted and reviewed agreements and conducted due diligence investigations for commercial transactions.

Kwabena holds a BSc from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, an LL.B from the University of Ghana, and a Professional Certificate in Law from the Ghana School of Law. He is admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Ghana and is a member of the Ghana Bar Association.
