Vivian Woanyah

Vivian Woanyah is an Associate at ENS in Ghana, specialising in energy law, banking and finance, mining, petroleum law, and project finance. She advises clients on matters relating to banking and corporate finance, energy, mining, petroleum (downstream and upstream), project development, and project finance.

Vivian also has experience in conducting legal due diligence investigations in proposed financing transactions and has advised clients in the finance, energy, and mining sectors. She is a member of the Ghana Bar Association.
