Cletus Danliar Banseh

Cletus Danliar Banseh is a Partner at ENS in Ghana, specialising in banking and finance law, project finance, energy and infrastructure, and capital markets. He advises on tax, oil and gas, mining, derivatives, infrastructure, construction, international trade, and environmental law, with experience acting for development finance institutions, banks, construction companies, and oil and energy companies.

Cletus has advised clients on the financing of major energy and infrastructure projects, as well as on loan facilities and schemes of arrangement. He has also been involved in extensive real estate and property transactions throughout Ghana, including due diligence investigations, advising on property structures, and enforcement of landlord rights in property transactions.

Cletus holds a BA from the University of Cape Coast, an LL.B from the University of Ghana, and a Professional Certificate in Law from the Ghana School of Law. He is a barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Ghana.
