Paa Kwesi Morrison

Paa Kwesi Morrison is an Executive at ENS in Ghana, specialising in banking and finance law, project finance, energy and natural resources, and mergers and acquisitions. He advises on sovereign finance, trade finance, corporate finance, capital markets, derivatives, infrastructure, construction, taxation, and corporate governance, with a blend of legal, accounting, tax, and regulatory expertise across financial services, banking, energy, mining, oil, property, and construction sectors.

Paa Kwesi has vast experience advising finance institutions (including banks, private equity funds, and development finance institutions) and regional and international companies on all aspects of deal structuring, and has excellent relationships with relevant regulators. He has also been involved in extensive real estate and property transactions throughout Ghana, including due diligence investigations, advising on property structures, and drafting complex agreements. He is a licensed insolvency practitioner and a member of the Ghana Association of Restructuring and Insolvency Advisors.

Paa Kwesi holds a BCom from the University of Cape Coast, an LL.B from the University of Ghana, a Professional Certificate in Law from the Ghana School of Law, and is a qualified accountant (ACCA). He is a barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Ghana.
