Mandy Ofori Sarpong

Mandy Ofori Sarpong is a Senior Associate at ENS in Ghana, specialising in banking and finance law, project finance, energy and petroleum law, and tax. She advises commercial banks on loan facilities and other commercial entities on regulatory matters, and has advised companies across various industries on the tax implications applicable to a broad range of transactions.

Mandy also advises on commercial property transactions, including drafting agreements and conducting due diligence investigations, as well as the financing of major infrastructure projects. She has advised clients across multiple sectors, including multinational banks and oil and energy companies.

Mandy holds an LL.B from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, a Graduate Diploma in Law and a Legal Practice Course from the University of Law (UK), and a Professional Certificate in Law from the Ghana School of Law. She is admitted as a barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Ghana and is a member of the Ghana Bar Association.

She is recognised as a Rising Star in Project Finance by IFLR1000 (2023, 2024, 2025) and is ranked in Infrastructure, Banking and Finance, Capital Markets, and Energy by The Legal 500 EMEA 2026.
