Rachel Dagadu

Rachel Dagadu is an Executive at ENS in Ghana, specialising in banking and finance law, project finance, energy law, and infrastructure. She advises on corporate finance, trade finance, capital markets, real estate, construction, mining, oil and gas, and ESG, with a particular focus on renewable energy projects and project development. Her clients include multinational banks, financial services institutions, construction companies, mining companies, and oil and energy companies.

Rachel has been involved in extensive real estate and property transactions throughout Ghana, including due diligence investigations, advising on property structures, and perfection of title. Her practice spans both transactional and advisory work across the finance, energy, and infrastructure sectors.

Rachel holds an LL.B from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, an LL.M in Oil and Gas Law from the University of Aberdeen, and a Professional Certificate in Law from the Ghana School of Law. She is a barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Ghana.
